Ms. Jordan brings more than 20 years of health care and information technology to bear on the solutions that CDS provides. She brings a rare combination of having led large fiscal agent and Medicare carrier operations and a technology background, including data center, infrastructure, and print and application development teams.
As a pioneer in the health care information technology field, Ms. Jordan brings insight and vision to the connectivity between health care information and technology. A person with her experience and forethought can discuss business areas such as hosting services, managed services, cloud business models, financial advantages, government programs, security, virtualization and z/Linux. Additionally, Ms. Jordan adds a perspective that few can – how to work with and build relationships with organizations such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dotson is a results-oriented professional responsible for the financial health of CDS. With more than 25 years of financial management experience in the government contracting environment, Mr. Dotson has worked with many industry leaders attaining progressively greater levels of leadership and responsibility in finance and accounting. He joined and was instrumental in the startup of CDS in 2006 and has lead in its rapid growth and success.
Mr. Dotson graduated summa sum laude from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, with a bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He subsequently served eight years as a captain in the United States Army where he completed several graduate level courses in operations research and analysis.
Roger A. Arguello
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Arguello is responsible for the operational health of multiple lines of business, such as federal contracts, state contracts, commercial business and large corporate accounts, while providing leadership to his operations team and CDS.
Mr. Arguello brings CDS a blend of strong technical and business experience in several industries, including health care, engineering and manufacturing. In his most recent position, Mr. Arguello led the team responsible for the success of the new Indiana Medicaid Management Information Systems' bid.
Mr. Arguello earned a master’s of science degree in Management from Oakland City University.
William F. (Fred) Rowell
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Rowell is responsible for aligning the corporate technology vision with the business strategy, thus, providing strategic technology direction that recognizes a visionary application of products, services and process.
Mr. Rowell earned a bachelor's of science degree in Corporate Finance from the University of South Carolina, an associate degree in Computer Science and is working toward a master’s degree in Business Administration, also from the University of South Carolina.
Mr. Rowell was instrumental in cultivating CDS’ relationship with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the CMS contract award. He provides decisive leadership to multi-functional teams and has had top secret clearance since 1991. He has served in many capacities in his 26 years with CDS and its parent company, ranging from application development, system programming and capacity planning through executive management.
Robert (Bob) Gac
Chief Business Solutions Officer
Mr. Gac has extensive experience managing for private business development at an executive level, from working for systems integrators to health information technology firms. Focused on health care, Mr. Gac has experience with clinical and business applications within the provider, payer and health plan markets. Within CDS, Mr. Gac is responsible for all business development, sales and marketing, and client relations, as they relate to the federal, state and commercial markets.
