The CDS Technology Support Center is the central point of contact for all technical issues, questions and information. Operating every hour of every day, the TSC is comprised of highly trained and dedicated technicians focusing on giving our customers an exceptional customer experience and striving for first contact resolution. Our TSC can be integrated into existing customer service systems you currently use.
Our TSC technicians use sophisticated tools to record and manage all requests throughout the lifecycle of the customer’s requirement. It strictly follows effective communication and escalation procedures to facilitate the quickest resolution to all requests.
