Maryland Selects CDS for Technology and Consulting Master Contract

Columbia, S.C. — Companion Data Services, LLC (CDS), an information technology company offering services ranging from hosting to end-to-end  
claims processing, has landed a master contract from the state of Maryland
for consulting and technical services (CATS+). 

Under the contract, CDS will provide:

Electronic document management.
Systems and facilities management and maintenance. 
Information systems security. 
Information technology (IT) management consulting.
Business process consulting.

Through CATS+, Maryland government offices have a flexible means of obtaining IT resources quickly and efficiently by issuing task orders specific to their needs. CDS will bid on the task orders over the next 12 years.
